We offer physical, emotional and spiritual support and resources. We are independent, non-profit, and non-political. We present life-affirming alternatives to the tragedy of abortion, while respecting a woman’s decision without ridicule or rejection. We share the Gospel of Jesus Christ, in both word and deed, as the Holy Spirit presents the opportunity. We offer help regardless of marital status, age, race or religion.
We offer maternity clothes, new baby gifts, baby & toddler clothing, diapers, wipes, prenatal and postnatal guidance and support, pregnancy testing, verification of pregnancy, ultrasounds, crisis intervention, community referrals, men-to-men mentoring, resources for mother and child, boutique for material goods, post-abortion counseling, adoption information, health care referrals + resources, pre & post-natal support, & lending library.*

How much does a pregnancy test and ultrasound cost?
All services at Life Choice are 100% free of charge. We are a non-profit community clinic, so there is no cost for pregnancy testing, limited medical ultrasounds, or our support services, regardless of your insurance status.
Do I need insurance or a parent’s permission to come in?
No. You do not need insurance, and you do not need a referral or parental consent to visit our clinic. We provide a safe, private space for you to confirm your pregnancy and explore your options.
Is my visit confidential?
Yes. Your privacy is our priority. All consultations and medical services are strictly confidential to the fullest extent of the law. We will not share your information or the results of your visit with anyone without your explicit permission.
Can I get a free ultrasound the same day?
We recommend scheduling an appointment to ensure a nurse is available, but we do offer same-day pregnancy verifications. Once a positive pregnancy test is confirmed in our clinic, we can schedule your free ultrasound to confirm viability and gestational age.
Does Life Choice provide or refer for abortions?
Life Choice provides medically sound information on all your options, including abortion, adoption, and parenting. However, we do not perform, offer, or refer for abortions or emergency contraceptives. Our goal is to provide you with the facts and support you need to make an informed decision.
